95 Percent

President Obama says he is "95 percent cured" of his smoking addiction. That's like being only 5 percent pregnant. You are or you aren't hooked to the cancer sticks, and Mr. Obama is. Aside from concern for his own health, the president needs to think of the country. After all, remember who's waiting in the wings: Vice President Hoofinmouth.
