Nuclear Cowboy

Barack Obama has taken steps to dismantle the nuclear umbrella that has helped to keep this nation safe for decades. And what is his reward? Iran, which is building its own nuclear arsenal, is calling the anti-Bush a "cowboy." If all this weren't so dangerous, it'd be funny.
