Forbidden Word

Fewer and fewer businesses and governments are willing to acknowledge that the reason for our ever-lengthening "holiday season" is Christmas. I don't mind wishing someone a "Happy Hannukka." Why is it so hard (in our "tolerant" and "diverse" society) to wish Christians (still America's largest religious group) a "Merry Christmas"?

Christmas is becoming a forbidden word in many multi-cultural societies. The UK is a Christian country...yet recently a borough of London called their Christmas lights... " Winter Lights "...for fear the word Christmas would alienate the mainly ethnic population...

It's an insane world we inhabit my friend.

Compliments of the season to you and your family.
